Dr. Naqvi is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and

Mona Garrison FNP is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who offers Urgent care and Primary care
services to Bellefontaine residents and surrounding areas for all ages 0-99.

She completed Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio, and then earned her
Masters of Science degree from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois. She holds a national certification
with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Douglas Eisenbrown

Douglas Eisenbrown Is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner providing urgent and primary care services. He worked
in critical care as an RN starting in 2010 developing a vast knowledge in cardiovascular care. He transitioned
to a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018, first providing in-home primary care, then moving to an urgent care
environment. Doug is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse
Practitioner and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) as a medical examiner. When not providing
care for his patients he enjoys hunting, amateur auto racing, and spending time with his family and pets.

Deepesh Subedi

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

I’m Deepesh Subedi, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP-BC) specializing in family and urgent care medicine. My journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Trauma ICU at Vanderbilt University Hospital (2012-2015) in Nashville, TN. From there, I transitioned to bedside nursing in the Cardiac Unit and ICU (2017), where I gained invaluable hands-on experience caring for critically ill patients. Building on that foundation, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and became a Family Nurse Practitioner (2022).

Currently, I work full-time at Ohio Primary Care in Columbus, OH, and also provide care as a Family Urgent Care-Mobile Provider at multiple locations. In 2019, I was honored with the Humanitarian Award from HCA Corporation for my service to immigrants and local communities. Healthcare is not just a profession for me—it’s a calling and my passion, and I love making a difference in the lives of my patients. Outside of work, I enjoy playing ping pong and soccer. I’m supported by my amazing wife, Sita Adhikari, and our two wonderful children, Crystal (10) and Dipsan (12).

I am board certified by the American Association for Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and I also serve as certified medical examiner for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Throughout my nursing career I have held roles in long-term geriatric care, skilled nursing rehabilitation, Director of Nursing, advanced assessment and prevention care management, and as Urgent Care Provider across all age group.
