Dr. Naqvi has a distinguished career in dealing with and managing all facets of emergency medicine. His background includes extensive experience in general surgery, emergency medicine, and internal medicine. Dr. Naqvi is highly skilled in all emergency procedures for adults, pediatrics, and OB/GYN, making him a great resource for the whole family.

Dr. Naqvi is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. He also holds a US Federal DEA & State Controlled Substance License and is a member of the American Board of Physician Specialties.

Mona Garrison

Certified Nurse Practitioner
Mona Garrison FNP is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who offers Urgent care and Primary care services to Bellefontaine residents and surrounding areas for all ages 0-99.

She completed Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio, and then earned her Masters of Science degree from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois. She holds a national certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Mona is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society (STTI), and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN). In her free time, she loves to read, spend time with family, and volunteer with her family’s Non-profit organization Pride Among Daughter’s and Sisters (PADS)

Marissa “Reese” Walaszek

Marissa “Reese” Walaszek is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who offers Urgent care and Primary care services to residents of all ages in Mount Vernon and surrounding areas.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Pre-medicine studies at The Ohio State University where she also participated in undergraduate cardiac research. She then went on to complete her EMT-B at the Ohio Fire Academy where she worked as an EMT in the private ambulance setting. Reese then completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Ohio University. She holds a national certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Reese is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA). In her free time she loves to watch her oldest daughter play sports and participate in 4H alongside her infant daughter and husband, travel (especially to Disney!), and work on her family farm.

Reese is currently accepting primary care patients.

Samantha Kanavel

Samantha Kanavel a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2011, a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University since 2016. She is AANP board certified and has experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, & Urgent Care. The majority of her time has been spent serving rural communities and prefers a more personal provider- patient experience.

Douglas Eisenbrown

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

Douglas Eisenbrown Is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner providing urgent and primary care services. He worked in critical care as an RN starting in 2010 developing a vast knowledge in cardiovascular care. He transitioned to a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018, first providing in-home primary care, then moving to an urgent care environment. Doug is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) as a medical examiner. When not providing care for his patients he enjoys hunting, amateur auto racing, and spending time with his family and pets.
